The 2009 Annunciation Catholic Church Fall Festival recently took place on the weekend of October 9-11. The festival was full of live entertainment, auction, food, drinks, and games. Fun Planners was proud to be the provider of all the games for the 10th year in a row.
The Festival began on Friday night and went through Sunday evening. We toughed out the rain, and were able to host a successful and fun event for all attendees. UCF in collaboration with Fun Planners accomplished an overwhelming attainment with the “Knight-Thon” event held on February 21, 2009.This was a huge success and involved 350 participants that engulfed themselves into an overnight extravaganza of exciting events such as a dance competition, Carnival Games, Casino Games, Mechanical Bull, Rock Wall, Surf Machine, along with some Air Hockey, Foosball, and Pool tables.This great fundraising idea from UCF and Fun Planners with the expertise planning of the Fun Planners staff surpassed the goals and netted a whopping $53,000.00 which was more than double the previous years contributions.This $53,000.00 was raised in the name of the Children’s Miracle Network and was shared by two wonderful organizations – Arnold Palmer and Shands Children’s Hospital.
